I've spent over a decade in construction scheduling and project controls, working hand-in-hand with multiple project teams every year — federal, high-rise, healthcare, sports, aviation, and municipal work. I also build the tools, in Python, React, and LLM workflows. That combination is the whole point of The Building Lab.

Trained at AECOM while scheduling $2B+ and 20M+ square feet of complex work, I've since led project controls across a $600M South Florida portfolio — baselining and delay-mitigating 15+ high-rise towers, the schedules behind cranes you've watched reshape Miami's skyline. I've directed USACE RMS/SDEF federal scheduling and built forensic delay analyses that hold up in arbitration. Then I founded Pathizer — construction-AI software I designed and coded myself, applying real project-controls logic with a human in the loop.

The Building Lab is the hands-on half of that mission: getting AI actually working inside your operation — your tools, your people, your projects — built by someone who understands both sides of the screen.
