This website is operated by PATHIZER LLC, a Florida limited liability company (document number L26000367987). Building Lab is a brand name used by Pathizer LLC and is not a separate legal entity. Pathizer LLC is based in Miami, Florida.
This policy is short because there is very little to describe. We would rather tell you exactly what happens than pad this page with clauses about data we never touch.
This is a static brochure site. There are no contact forms, no input fields, no accounts, and no logins. We run no analytics — no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no privacy-friendly analytics either. There are no advertising or tracking pixels, and this site sets no cookies of its own. Nothing you do here is recorded, profiled, or associated with you.
The contact links on this site are plain mailto: and tel: links. Clicking one hands off to your own mail app or phone — it does not send anything to us on its own, and we learn nothing unless you choose to write or call.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data in order to deliver the page and to protect the site — including your IP address, the page requested, timestamp, browser user-agent, and similar technical details. Cloudflare may also set its own short-lived bot-management cookies for security purposes. This processing is Cloudflare's, carried out to serve and defend the site; we do not use it to build profiles, and we do not combine it with anything else.
This is the one real qualifier on "we collect nothing," and we would rather state it than let you discover it.
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). That means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads, and Google receives your IP address and user-agent as part of that request. We do not send Google anything else, and we receive nothing back about you.
We mention this because it is the only other third party your browser contacts on this site, and a policy that claimed otherwise would be wrong.
When you email or call, we hold whatever you choose to send — your name, your address or number, and the contents of your message. We use it to reply to you and to carry out any work that follows, and nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, a newsletter, or any marketing sequence without your consent.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. There are no ad networks, data brokers, or advertising trackers involved in this site.
Information you provide during an engagement — schedules, cost data, drawings, correspondence, and anything else about your project — is confidential. It is used solely to perform the work you engaged us for, and it is governed by whatever engagement terms, confidentiality provisions, or NDA apply to that relationship. This website policy does not override a signed agreement; where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you, and we will act on reasonable requests. In practice there is usually nothing to act on unless you have written to us — browsing this site leaves us holding nothing at all. Write to angel@pathizer.com and we will respond.
If this policy changes, we will revise the effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page.
Our commitment: if we ever add a contact form, analytics, or any kind of tracking to this site, we will update this policy before it goes live — not afterward. A privacy policy that lags behind the site it describes is not worth reading.
